Topping

  • 300 g Low Fat yogurt (Whisked)
  • 120 g Tamarind Chutney Imli ki chutni

Instructions
 

  • Chop the potatoes into small cubes and boil them with 2 teaspoons of salt. Drain and let cool.
  • While the potatoes are boiling, combine the boiled chickpeas, sliced or chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, fresh coriander and mint leaves. Add the cooled potatoes and the Shan fruit chat masala for seasoning.
  • Mix all the chana chat ingredients well and divide into 4 equal portions by weight.
