Slice the chicken tenders into breast-like strips.
In a separate bowl, marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken strips. Ensure the chicken is cooked through and has a golden-brown exterior.
Once cooked, allow the chicken to cool slightly before slicing. For a warm salad, slice the chicken while it's still warm.
