Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 159 g peeled onion large
  • 4 teaspoon Shan ginger garlic paste
  • 340 g tomato
  • 200 g qeema
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon crushed and roasted cumin
  • 2 teaspoon crushed and roasted coriander
  • 3 g green chili
  • water as needed

Instructions

  • Heat oil, add finely chopped onions and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then add chicken mince, tomatoes, all the red chili powder, crushed and roasted cumin and coriander. Cook on high flame for 5 minutes, then add water as needed and keep on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green chilies and green coriander.
