Ingredients
400gBoiled Chickpeas
100gPeeled Onion

300gLow Fat yogurt(Whisked)
120gTamarind ChutneyImli ki chutni
Instructions
Chop the potatoes into small cubes and boil them with 2 teaspoons of salt. Drain and let cool.
While the potatoes are boiling, combine the boiled chickpeas, sliced or chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, fresh coriander and mint leaves. Add the cooled potatoes and the Shan fruit chat masala for seasoning.
Mix all the chana chat ingredients well and divide into 4 equal portions by weight.
Then divide the yogurt and tamarind chutney into 4 equal portions. You can either top it on the chana chat from now, or you can keep the yogurt and tamarind chutney in small containers to use when needed.
