  • 125g low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed roasted cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3g fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves
  • 5g green chili (adjust to taste)

How to make low calorie green raita

  1. In a food processor, combine few tablespoons of water, crushed roasted cumin, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili and salt. Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
